✅ Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors only (no outdoor wear).

📬 How to return

Contact our customer service for a return authorization and the return address. You pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. Use a trackable shipping method.

💰 Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest method.

🚫 Non‑returnable items

Socks, insoles, and final sale items cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non‑refundable.

🔧 Defective items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or give a full refund, including return shipping.
